The Black Nurses Rock Foundation continues to focus on fostering a positive environment of professional growth and development for membership and the community at large. We recognize and understand the challenges facing our members, and we are working tirelessly on your behalf. We listened to our members, and we are happy to announce changes to our membership renewal system.
Here are some of our changes:
- We added an additional layer of security to all our online payments and store. Because of this upgrade, you can now choose manual or auto-renewal payments in your profile.
- Better email messaging for payment alerts or account issues
- Now you can update your membership early, but keep your existing membership date
- There are new profile fields to further identify your nursing specialty
We are also very excited to announce a NEW MONTHLY Membership Option!
Our professional and community nurses can now subscribe to this easy, affordable monthly subscription plan for just $10 a month and receive full membership benefits. This membership will automatically renew every 1 month from the current expiration date when paid by credit or debit card.
We believe that all of our nurses are professional, dedicated to their community, and support the education of others. All the membership levels are now streamlined into five categories:
- Professional Nurse
- Student Nurse
- Lifetime Membership
- $50 Biannual Subscription
- $10 Monthly Subscription
Any member with an older membership type will be prompted to upgrade to one of these levels upon expiration.
This update will require all active members to update their membership renewal option, regardless of current renewal status.
